Spring is a season of rebirth and April is always a transition month … out of winter into spring, out of dark misty mornings into more sunshine at dawn, and out of Lent into Easter. The themes of Easter are redemption, restoration and renewal. These concepts are intrinsic to the biblical story and form its essential narrative. Put into practice, they are also the cornerstone of our company. It’s our purpose to assist customers in bringing their properties and spaces back to life by providing an element of newness to even the oldest or most damaged homes and buildings.
We Restore
Restoration is the act of rehabilitating a structure to a former, original, normal or unimpaired condition. This applies to any major improvement project. Repairing holes in the walls, fixing old fixtures or replacing them with replicas of the originals, and removing old carpet and refinishing the wood floors underneath are all examples of what may be involved in this kind of construction job.
We Renovate
Renovation is the act of renewing. In simple terms it’s making a room or entire building look better by fixing what’s already there and adding new elements. An out-of-date kitchen, updated with new finishes and fixtures, has been renovated. Replacing old windows with new ones is a renovation project.
We Remodel
Remodeling is the act of changing the structure, form or character of a room or entire building. If a part of your home, in its use, is converted or expanded, then it is remodeled. Once you’ve started gutting, adding, or removing walls, raising ceilings, or expanding the square footage you’ve crossed over into remodeling territory. So when you convert a den into a master bedroom you’re remodeling the den. When you combine a kitchen and dining room into one large eat-in kitchen you’re remodeling the kitchen and dining room.
We Rebuild
Rebuilding refers to a new structure built on a site where an existing building has been demolished. A recreation of a non-surviving structure with all new materials. It can also apply to a large scale remodel/renovation of a damaged structure.
Through years of service, we’ve built our business with the most qualified tradesmen in the marketplace.
